If you're experiencing performance issues on our website, please verify that your browser is up-to-date. Some browsers don't support all of the features on our website. We suggest using the latest version of Mozilla Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

If the issues continue, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Make sure to allow cookies and activate Javascript in your browser settings.
  • Close the PLANETROMEO window and visit a different website, e.g. Google.
  • Delete all temporary files and cookies, empty your browser's cache, then close and reopen the browser window.
  • Use the following URL to log in to our website: https://m.planetromeo.com
  • Check the settings of your antivirus program and your firewall, and adjust them so that PLANETROMEO is an admitted and/or trusted website (white listed). Change these settings whether your antivirus program is activated or not.

 

ROMEO ANDROID (back to top)
Before you begin, make sure you've installed the most recent version of Android and our App. Please remember that some Hotspot providers block access to websites with sexual content.

  1. Log out and log in
    Tap the sidebar menu icon IMG#59140 followed by 'Log out'. Now, log in again.
  2. Reset the App
    Please close the App. Activate the Home button on your device, go to 'Applications' or 'Menu' (depending on your device), then click 'Settings'. Tap 'Apps' / 'Applications' or 'Application Manager', then on the ROMEO App. Select 'FORCE STOP', 'CLEAR DATA' and 'CLEAR CACHE' and confirm with 'OK'. Activate the Home button, then open the App again and log in to your profile.
  3. Open the App in Flight / Offline mode
    Reset the App as mentioned above. Hold the On/Off button on your device and activate 'Flight mode' or 'Offline mode' depending on your device. Open, close and reset the App again. Disable 'Flight mode' / 'Offline mode', wait for an active Internet connection, then open the App again.
  4. Hard reset
    Power off your device and wait a few seconds. Turn the power on, wait for an active internet connection, then open the App.

 

ROMEO iOS (back to top)
Before you begin, make sure you've installed the most recent version of iOS and our App. Please remember that some Hotspot providers block access to websites with sexual content.

  1. Log out and log in
    Tap the gear-wheel icon IMG#58371 and tap on 'Log out' . Now log in again.
  2. Reset the App
    Double-tap the home button on your device and swipe the App preview to the top. Press the home button again, restart the App and log in.
  3. Run the App in Airplane Mode
    Reset the App, as mentioned above. Open your device settings and activate 'Airplane Mode'. Open the App for a few seconds, then close and reset it again. Deactivate 'Airplane Mode', wait for an active Internet connection, then open the App again.
  4. Hard reset
    Power off your device, wait for a few seconds and turn it on again. Wait until your device has an active Internet connection, and then open the App again.

If you continue to experience issues, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Make sure to allow cookies and to activate JavaScript in your browser.
  2. Quit PLANETROMEO and close the window » then visit a different website using the same browser » delete all temporary files and cookies » empty your browser's cache » quit your browser and re-open it » log in to PLANETROMEO.
  3. Check your antivirus and firewall settings. Some software programs may cause restrictions. Make sure that PLANETROMEO is an admitted or trusted website.
